**Refund & Return Policy**
At Nuvarre, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
**Returns**
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to our designated warehouse.
If a customer wishes to return an item due to a change of mind and the product is not damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of our items, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
**Unauthorized Returns**
Due to the fragile nature of our LED mirrors, customers must contact us before returning any item to receive shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be **refused and sent back to the sender.**
**Damaged or Defective Items (Our Guarantee)**
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
**Non-Returnable Items**
Items that show signs of use, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.
**Refunds**
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or as store credit, at Nuvarre's discretion) within 5–10 business days.
**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. **If the return is not due to damage or defect, the initial shipping cost paid by Nuvarre to fulfill the order will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.**
