Orders are typically processed within **3–7 business days** after payment confirmation. This allows our fulfillment partners time to quality-check and package your item securely.

Estimated delivery time is **5–10 business days**, depending on your location and the fulfillment center (US or International).
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

**Delays**

**Damaged Shipments (Our Guarantee)**
If your mirror or product arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging. **We will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be shipped, or offer a full refund.** Your satisfaction with our luxury items is our priority.
